THE TARGETS
We’re an original band from Winsford in Cheshire. We write and arrange our own material and are influenced by a wide range of music mainly punk, ranging from the seventies to now. Our band has been going now for 5 years, playing as many gigs as we can and building a fan base all over the country from Scotland to down South. Conrad Ellis plays Guitar and lead vocals, Sam Bell plays Bass guitar, vocals, Jess Whitmore plays the drums and speed demon. All of us are best mates and enjoy every minute of playing live, recording and writing songs. In late 2006 we recorded our first 4 track EP at Playground Studios (DarioG) in Crewe which we were 110% happy with. In late 2007 and this year we've been working with Steve Powell (Producer for The La’s) for Production and Jon Astley (The Who, The Stones,Small Faces,Bowie and many other legends !!!) for Mastering on our new singles, Wake Up and With Thoughts, both will feature two bonus tracks when realeased shortly Our style of music is hard to describe, so people should decide for themselves. Alot of people say our music reminds em of 70s punk, which we are always happy to hear. Our gigs are always energetic, electric and full of laughs and not to mention the odd beer. Love Scooter Rallies, cant beat em! It’s always a buzz when you’re playing to a crowd who are really up for it and we live for playing live, we enjoy every minute of it. We're all in our teens and life is good .............. So Keep it Live................The Targets

THE SPORT
The Sport are a new band from Stoke-on-Trent who are proud to be in possession of a bunch of soaring singalong anthems that inspire everyone who hear them play to want to join in the fun – be it singing, dancing, moshing, crowdsurfing what have you! So far so Good! But here’s the twist, behind the ladrock exterior lies lyrically excellent front man Nic Andrews whose self-parodying lyrics in songs such as Lightweight are a sheer joy. Marrying melodies effortlessly, with lines about being ‘’first on the floor being stamped on more than anyone else in the fray’’ are the work of no mere footie hooligan with a microphone. The Sport connect with anyone who has the eyes and ears to see and hear a great band at work. If you’re not into the idea of a northern guitar band making great bloody tunes then there’s nothing for you to like here so move along quickly and listen to your obscure leftfield DIY records - hi on cool low on tunes – with your holier than thou indie mates. Meanwhile let the rest of us party with The Sport. From the north, playing guitars, looking great, sounding great. Problem?

THE FILTHY SOULS
Dave Green has been around - and it shows. At only 22, this singer/songwriter from the North-West of England has not only a creative maturity well beyond his years, but strength of voice that transcends both era and classification.
At ages 14, Dave, Anthony and Marc cut a CD under the name ‘The People’ and subsequently signed on with Canadian music manager Daniel Brookes. By 17, Dave was invited to sign with another of 'Brookes' bands - 'Roller', in which he undertook two tours of the United States and Canada opening for 54-40 and Danny Michel. In this time, both Anthony and Marc went their separate directions to focus on their own styles of music and to further progress their talent.
In 2004 Dave undertook 6 months of writing and recording in Canada with such industry notables as Rich Beddoe (Finger Eleven), Vincent Sciara and Ken Corke (Skye Sweetnam). Since having successfully opened support shows with the likes of 'The Damned', 'We Start Fires', 'The Futureheads' and 'Ali Love', Dave has been in the studio with producer John Kettle (Marble Index, Moco), where he focused on developing a new sound and worked on and completed his full-length C.D.
In October, 2007, Dave invited back the talents of Hogan and Lavin, and successfully auditioned Barry Robinson as bassist to complete the line-up of The Filthy Souls.
In Vancouver Dave recently shot two videos for the singles 'Shootin Stars' and 'The Boys Will Be Out for a Fight'. The Filthy Souls music has already been heard at numerous festivals, including recent success of 'In The City', as well as on the Fox Television series 'Vanished' and Manchester’s 'Channel M'.
The band are planning a trip to Los Angeles in July 2008 to introduce their music to the US market. However, the trips main focal aim is to create interest from US record labels. www.myspace.com/thefilthysoulsmusic Thanks for visiting our MySpace page. We hope you enjoy the music and if you liked the stuff on here and want to hear more, come out to one of the shows as that's where we really go for it. - The Filthy Souls
