The Sailplanes play The Power of Omipotence-SUNDAY
Hello,
The Sailplanes shall be playing this Sunday 14th August at Catch in Shoreditch, London, E2.
It's one of the monthly Power of Omnipotence nights- these guys have put on some great bands recently- and we'll be the only band playing amongst the myriad other entertainments.
Take a look at www.thepowerofomnipotence.com to see what I mean.
9pm-1am - FREE ENTRY
We're on at 10-ish
Address: 22 Kingsland Road, Shoreditch, London
Nearest tube: Old Street, probably
Snippets:
The Sailplanes
Bass-less and brisk, The Sailplanes are a breath of fresh air.
"a fuzzily-literate lo-fi art-rock racket" - I Shot the Deputy
"fuzzy waves of guitars come crashing down over Hine's sultry vocal delivery, which ghosts early Polly Jean H." - Drowned In Sound
Here's the first review of our mini-album 'Season of False Dawns' as a taster too:

The Power of Omnipotence
Omnipotence resident DJs playing Indie, Electro, Soul, Techno, Hip-Hop, Pop, Rock... Father McBrain's questions win prizes Krumping Clowns (Krumping is a clown-dance!)
hope to see you down there,
