(Dark, brooding and epic gloom rock. Have previously been labelled 'The Best Live Band In London', and upon seeing them perform, it isn't hard to fathom why. Deep, heavy bass and orchestral keyboard arrangements colour their sound, which is dominated by powerful Eldritch-meets-McCulloch vocals. Bassist Nicholas Mann also designed the Vapour Trail flyer and logo, making him a man of many talents.)

THE FIRM

(Now with Yameen Khan on the drums, our sound is now as big as my gob. Nearly. 40Shadesofnoise.com said last year that our music is 'fast, loud and intelligent' and that we 'mix psychedelic with punk rock, pop and even Gothic', which I think is a fair assertion.)

(Brash, poppy rock'n'roll with an electronic sheen and a lot of swagger. Their sound at times recalls the best moments of Suede, Smashing Pumpkins, the Banshees and Mansun, and with a penchant for performances of the 'electric' variety, I think we will be in for a treat.)
