Utterly incredible Danish three-piece. They take a bit from the twiddly Don-Cabellero school of guitar, not unlike Dartz!, Foals or Tokyo Police Club, but add dance-floor friendly shouts and beats. Unmissable.
Buttonhead-

Often likened to Deerhoof; we think Buttonhead are a band that defy comparison. Hailing from London, where they are already causing a stir with their unhinged live shows and a joyously odd approach to song writing… Drowned in sound put it well when they called them ‘Deranged, in the best possible way’.
The Rosie Taylor Project-

Garfunkle and Simon.
First ever outing for Patrick Dowson (Monty Casino) in new solo acoustic guise; he was doing what Jeffery Lewis does before Jeff Lewis did it, and in a northern accent! Surely fantastic.
There will also be a lovely vegan buffet; the usual cheap, ethical ales; knitting; chai tea stall; funny merch and much more!
Arrive 1pm for the Knit 1 Purl 1 Collective’s workshop, materials provided.
Free mix Cds for the first 25 Paying in. And its only five pound for the whole day! That’s less than 40p a band!
Everyone welcome, all ages and creeds. :D
1in12 is only 5 minutes walk from the Interchange or Forster Square train stations, last train back to Leeds is at half eleven.
