Wed 20 Feb - Hands on Heads, Limn, Teeth of the Sea
A despicable night in downtown Brixton. The rain lashes on your back and the wind whistles through your ears.
Clack clack! Shutters batter and gates bang! Wet leaves blow into your face and stick like snails.
Snails, in love with the wet, crowd around and try to befriend you. You pull the hood of your duffle coat closer and walk towards the Windmill, shells crushing in your path.
In silhouette against lightning strike the Windmill is alien and oppressive. A faint musk of the fetid pit of hell hangs in the air.
Your senses sense a strange presence.
A figure emerges from the gloom. Terrified, you leap back with a sharp crunch.
A mutant child comes forth, hobbling on a single LIMN. It falls against the wall and between its TEETH OF THE SEA emits a frustrated scream that evokes the collected regret of all humankind. With HANDS ON HEADS, it mutters its name darkly.
Its name is Jlesh Munce.
Thunder.
