Sophisticated indie pop in a similar vein to that of Hefner and Herman Dune. The Wave Pictures have been around for nine years and self-released seven albums. Having recently begun to achieve the recognition they sorely deserve following support slots with the likes of Darren Hayman and triumphant summer festival performances, they come to Music is My Boyfriend celebrating their new single release ‘We Dress Up Like Snowmen’ on Moshi Moshi Records. Domination in 2008 surely awaits!
