Ill Ease, from Brooklyn New York, is the one-woman band in which Elizabeth Sharp plays guitar, bass, drums, tambourine, shaker, carn horn and anything else that rattles, buzzes, shakes or hum in a riff-o-matic racket - all in "a flurry of intoxication" (Plan B). Somehow channeling the energy of Deerhoof, The Fiercy Furnaces, The Knife and Clap you Hands and say yeah.

The enigmatic Mathew Sawyer is a man with many facets. He is an internationally respected visual artist, he's played drums for the influential post-punk band The Television Personalities, and he is the lead singer and songwriter with his own musical collective, a stunning depth and wistfulness with sawyer's sauntering rasp.
