HEALTH (USA, LOVEPUMP UNITED)
HEALTH take inspiration from 60's British pop, Krautrock, no-wave and noise creating some of the crunkiest free rock around. Hailing from the same Los Angeles scene as the likes of No Age, The Mae Shi, Mika Miko the band have gnarled out a number of recordings on cassette, CD-R and vinyl, including a 7" in collaboration with CRYSTAL CASTLES on Lovepump United (AIDS WOLF, PRE, etc) and a split LP with EYE HAI both due out this summer.

MUTANT TURD
Power electronics/noise battalion formed between harsh noise heroes Mutant Ape and Filthy Turd, delivering volumes of monumental ambience. A match made in Hades.

EYE HAI (I HAD AN INKLING)
Loosely based in Leeds and originating in Manchester, EYE HAI began life as I Had An Inkling in 2004. Their debut 7" showcased gnarled, jagged no-wave pop sensibility and spitting vocals. Dispersion of members and the incorporation of a new sax player influenced a gradual shift in style and the band's expansive and ever more prog sounding songs eventually fell away to leave the bare bones of improvisation. Often compared to the likes of The Magic Band, Red Crayola and The Minutemen. Split albums with Neptune and HEALTH are due, each in August.
