THE BE BE SEE + The Pursuit + Special Guests
Crowd stunning recently as support to Good Shoes at The Concorde 2. The Be Be See are brilliant at playing psychotronic glam pop with a subliminal golf-rave element. They make pop songs that soon everyone will sing along to. The sooner they get on all the light entertainment shows the better.
Dan Mangan is reverential elegance and creates deliciously downbeat Postcards and Daydreaming a good sulky-day companion for anyone who has already invested in the collected works of Hayden or Crooked Fingers. He will have just playing The Great Escape but returns to sing and write songs only for you

New Zealand's DIE DIE DIE! Amaze and astound with their new wave pop noise, fresh from artrocking up The Great Escape. These Boys know how to destroy and deconstruct and turn it into refined disco pop.
FANFARLO are Mr. David Bowie's new favourite band, with elements of American Indie Pop and the quirky European song, they have in the Pale White Duke's words "a particular knack of being able to create uplifting music that's blessed with a delicious melancholia at the same time. One To Watch!

With Support from Oxford Young Hopes Cats and Cats and Cats.

"Everybody has something for, well, everybody."- Alternative Press
" This album nearly reaches 1970s AM radio breeziness with its sanded-down, slightly machinelike funk and marmalade guitars."- The New York Times

THE DISPLACEMENTS + Special Guests
Following in the footsteps of Leicester Super heroes Kasabian, The Displacements but resemble The Buzzcocks with a softer heart yet who rock like their lives may cease the moment they find that fourth chord. As you can expect their sound is foot stomping spiky grooves which will eventually sink into the middle of indie girl's hearts. Their debut single "Frontline Hearts" is released in August on Stiff Records (The Enemy/Elvis Costello/Madness) but with this attention so soon, it's only a matter of minutes before this band are playing the Concorde 2

DIRTY PROJECTORS + Special Guests
From the same hand made coat as Final Fantasy, Beirut and Caribou, Dirty Projectors is the conceptual pop group helmed by David Longstreth, a young Brooklynite with a house full of beautiful hand-blown water bongs (one imagines). Listening to the band, one also imagines Longstreth's brainiac avant-garde compositions arriving in an antique sleigh pulled by a herd of stony ponies and has brilliantly crafted incredibly befuddling pop music.
He plays this one-off UK Show after supporting the incredible Beirut in London.
