Don't Start Feeling All "Romantic" presents...

KID606
www.kid606.com
Inspired by the best of electronica, punk, jungle, hiphop, dancehall and techno, Kid606 fuses it all together with a love of POP culture that would make Andy Warhol proud. Critically acclaimed releases on Fat Cat, Ipecac, Mille Plateaux, 555 and his own label, Tigerbeat6. as well as a host of remixes for artists such as Depeche Mode, The Locust, Peaches and Super Furry Animals. He's painted himself as an inspired, angry and iconoclastic artist more concerned with emotional content than popularity and unwilling to be pigeonhoed in any vacant scene or soulless musical genre. Open your ears and shout along, or close your eyes and dance, but always expect the unexpected.
LINE
www.myspace.com/mynameisline
Neil is Line. Neil also plays in such fine acts as Seachange, The Escapologists and Savoy Grand, but here with Line he's gone in a much different direction and has merged together primitive techno beats and given them a giant glossing of pop. The intelligence of Stereolab, the hooks of New Order and the unashamed pop of Yazoo are all here. Line also has a 7" single out on Uncharted Audio.
SYMPOSIUM OF TERROR (DJ SET)
