The Good Ship is one of the UK's most interesting bars. We put on live music most nights of the week, host sport on a big screen (including most Antipodean stuff) and host all sorts of things that other bars don't. Burlesque, film nights, designer fashion sales, poetry readings, beer festivals, art exhibitions. We also have the latest licence in the area (til 2am during the week) and become a nightclub at weekends when we open til 4am. We generally do not open in the day time.

We need a new manager who absolutely must be all of the following; mature, honest, hard working, concientious, utterly reliable and helpful. We are a very liberal place, easy going, not too many rules and regs, no uniforms etc but the place of course has to be managed so the person we are after must be a good mixture of the self disciplined and the easy going. Nearly all the rest of the staff are part time and they are a fantastic bunch.

You could be male or female, probably aged 25-40, must be massively into music and looking to make your mark.
