thankyou very much for the five pounds you sent me for my birthday, and my birthday card that was funny i thought. i got a tennis racket from granny and a camera that fires water from dad.

i am going to spend my money on going to see a gig on saturday, november 25th. it is this band that are great i know called daddy long legs, they will be onstage at 10pm which is past my bedtime but mum says i'm allowed as it is my birthday treat. there are some other bands playing too and a disco as well, dad says it's "going to go off", i don't really know what that means but it's probably good. i have to get the tube train on the black line to ARCHWAY but then it's right outside the station, i won't get lost.

and the best thing is, you gave me five pounds, it costs five pounds, so i can use my pocket money to buy sweets!
