I'm going to upsell this to y'all by pointing out that usually you'd fork out in the region of £3 at the very least for most gigs. And as a general rule, your chosen band would be flanked by two others who inspire abject misery at the state of music, and despair that, once again, the promoter blatantly hasn't given the bill a moment's thought. Bands who are so inherently dull and mediocre that they give recycled pubrock and scenester drivel a good name.

I'm then going to point out that this bill has been lovingly crafted from finest musical goodness by a worthy promoter deserved of your support (see the other shows coming up for confirmation), and that all of the bands on are really quite great.

So you're getting a much better deal than normally in Birmingham. So come, see, listen!
