On Monday 4th September The Sunshine Underground take charge and drop what deems to be one of the musical contenders of 2006! Their debut album, ‘Raise The Alarm’, is set for release (28 August) and to get things started The Sunshine Underground are inviting you to come and sample their wears at Cargo. ‘Raise The Alarm’, released just after their appearance at this years Reading / Leeds festivals, was recorded with Robert Harder and Cenzo Townshend (Kaiser Chiefs & Franz Ferdinand) Segs and Steve Dub. In support will be friends from their label City Rockers (DJ), Ghost Frequency (Live) and guest DJ slots from the Filthy Dukes and FC Kahuna.
