Southern represents a group of independent record labels in Europe. Coordination of manufacturing, distribution, marketing, promotion and touring are our primary activities. We are seeking a unique individual to join the Labels team in our North London offices & warehouse.

The role requires a dynamic, highly motivated extrovert with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for independent ethics within the music industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment, performing tasks from the mundane to the extraordinary, with the goal of achieving the best results with the least resources on behalf of our artists. The candidate will need the ability to take personal responsibility for ensuring targets and deadlines are met, troubleshooting problems, and securing the success of our projects.
