Happy Sunday - The Mondays reform

On SUNDAY 22ND AUGUST Get Loaded Events present GET LOADED IN THE PARK, a lazy, sun-drenched day of music on Clapham Common in south London. For one night only, THE HAPPY MONDAYS featuring SHAUN RYDER and BEZ will take to the stage for a very special live performance.

The Happy Mondays will headline the main stage with DJ support from old Hacienda residents MIKE PICKERING and GRAEME PARK, the legendary ARTHUR BAKER, plus Get Loaded regulars CLINT BOON (Insprial Carpets), New Order bass player PETER HOOK and ANDY ROURKE and MIKE JOYCE (The Smiths).

Other acts confirmed include: THE CRIBS, THE LUDES, THE STABILSERS, LYSAKOSKI, DWARF ORGY, DEVIL AND MISS JONES, JISM, HEADLAND, THE VIOLETS, THE BROKEN DOLLS. LENDER, THE SEEN, THE FACULTY, IMPERIAL LEISURE and THE DUKES. In between all that PAT LONG (NME), JOHNNY & SARSH (Ted Benson), ALL STAR DJ JAM and JONNY DJ, will be mixing up anything from hip-hop to funk and rock behind the decks, while ART BRUT play an acoustic set. More full bands and acoustic sets are planned for the day by some surprise guests
