Benicassim gets better

Brian Wilson joins Air, Ash, The Charlatans, Chemical Brothers, Lou Reed, The Dandy Warhols, Franz Ferdinand, Scissor Sisters and Pet Shop Boys on the line-up for the Benicassim Festival.

The tenth annual event, famed for running through the night, takes place again in August. For the first time, the Thursday night opening party is included in the camping ticket price and will feature Paul Weller.

The Heinken Festival Internacional de Benicassim
will take place between
5-8 August, in Benicassim (between Barcelona and Valencia) in Spain.

The campsite is open from the start of the week right through until the Tuesday after the event. FIB is renowned for having a fantastic array of dance and rock music, as well as films, fashion and the nearby beach, waterpark and karting track. The beer is also ridiculously cheap.

Tickets are available now price 152 euros (including opening party) or 140 euros (just 3 days).
