Hot Chip, Sigur Ros, Gnarls Barkley and el Guincho make Benicassim even better
TheBoyDeadly by TheBoyDeadly April 3rd, 2008

Spain’s the place to be this summer, it seems, as an impressive array of acts are freshly confirmed for this year’s Benicassim festival.

Joining many of the big hitters already confirmed - My Bloody Valentine, Leonard Cohen, The National and Justice to name but a few – are Sigur Ros and Gnarls Barkley.

Other, smaller, more arresting propositions come with the additions of el Guincho, Tiefschwarz and Fujiya & Miyagi to the bill; while The Kills, Hot Chip and Death Cab for Cutie will also be in attendance.

More - The Ting Tings, My Morning Jacket, Vincent Vincent and the Villains, Booka Shade and The Brian Jonestown Massacre.

Did you see our recent interview with Brian Jonestown man Anton Newcombe? Reading figures suggest you did, but just in case you missed the circus, here it is again.

Benicassim runs from the 17th ‘til the 20th of July. Find ticket options here.
