The group will perform live and take part in a signing session with fans at a special midnight opening of the HMV store at Oxford Circus in London on the day of the album's release (September 3).
While the band are signing copies of the new album, a giant screen will keep fans entertained with a documentary shot at the band's recent 'secret' gig at Batsford Manor.
The show will also be webcast live on the official EMBRACE website at embrace.co.uk from 11pm Sunday night.
Tickets for the shows are available on a first-come, first basis from the store from this Monday (August 27).
