Some crazy parents (they've got to be parents... and crazy... right?) have made lullabye albums of established rock artists' material available... so that you can send your child off to the Land of Nod with tunes by Tool, The Cure and Metallica bouncing about their ickle brains.
The latest in the range, a Nirvana tribute affair, features gentle interpretations of the likes of 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and 'Heart Shaped Box'. It is, frankly, deranged. And oddly brilliant.
The website/label in question is Babyrockrecords.com, and alongside the Nirvana effort are collections of songs by Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Led Zeppelin and the Pixies. They describe their Nirvana compilation thusly:
