The guitar will be the prize of a charity draw - for Shelter - held at the event, which features bands including Youthmovie Soundtrack Strategies, Oxes and The Telescopes, and is signed by all Radiohead members.
Tickets for the draw can be purchased here. There's loads of other signed goodies up for grabs beside the guitar, so get, um, drawing.
