Getting over it

TheSoundofBastards [Edit] [Delete] 11:12, 4 June '07

Had a messy weekend, split with my gf of 4 years, it'd been on the cards for a few months so it was nothing suprising. We'd drifted apart a bit, and it was probably the best thing for the both of us.
At the moment I feel a bit odd about it, seeing things that remind me of her (like stuff she's bought me) makes me feel a bit sad, and my mind keeps drifting back onto where it went wrong, and I can't concentrate? Anyone got any tips on getting back to normality (That don't involve chloroform)?
