i'm usually the first to sing the praises of london's publuc transport network, but tonight it was really just plain shit for me.

Firstly having to wait 40 minutes for a night bus from Waterloo (hardly the suburbs) that went anywhere near my flat (edgeware road)

then said bus taking fucking ages to get anywhere, and when we hit picadilly circus there was a diversion meaning instead of going up regents street we were channeled up shaftesbury avenue, along with everyone else in central london

then it was basically a traffic jam, at 3.30 am

then some woman decided to sit down in front of the bus for about 15 minutes before anyone moved her

all in all - pretty shit

it took 1 hour 40 minutes to get from the Imax at waterloo to my flat just off marble arch using public transport - and i'm knackered.
