HI! so i can't be bothereed to read the instruction manual so........
heres what i want to do.
vocalist sings - "la la la" - i records it into ableton so that it as soon as the vocalist stops the recording starts looping itself.
so......... then the vocalist sings something else while "la la la" is playing as a loop. something like "do wop a dee do" - which i also record as above.
so then i have one track looping "la la la" and one track looping "do wop a dee do" and then the vocalist satrts singing something over that.
so basically - can ableton be used as a live recording and straight away looping tool in an effective fashion and... how do i do it?
