on my customer focus course on friday we did some bullshit psychology called 'transactional analysis' which basically puts you into different personality groups. once your mind is fully developed, these are supposedly set in stone and unfortunately my personality fell into the groups i didn't want (child and fussy parent).

anyway, my question: when does the human mind/personality stop developing and get set in stone? can leopards change their spots?
