One of the people who i'm in charge of has stared taking 30 minute toilet breaks in the past month. It's always after lunch and it's always just after i've asked him to do something.
I like a good skive as much as the next man - but i am going to have to say something to this chap as 30 minutes is taking the piss (pardon the pun).
What is the best way to broach the subject without it being really embarassing for both of us?
I am actually thinking of asking him if he has a genuine medical complaint (IBS)?
