I'm pretty sure of it.

Basically theyve claimed that 1059.64 GBP has gone unpaid since april the 20th, so ive just paid them to make sure they dont get arsey. BUT on april 20th almost EXACTLY the same amount of money left my account, and theres no other explanation for that sum of money leaving my account.

I have a rough idea of what to do so i dont need that much advice, but are there any students that this has happened to and what are my chances of getting it back if i can prove they took it?
