Assuming this means what I think it means - computer generated images of virtual children, rather than photographs of real children - isn't this a bit..... over the top?

I mean certainly someone who likes to go online and act out some child abuse fantasy needs, at the very least, keeping an eye on. But should it actually be illegal to own a computer generated image of... anything?
