Cinco de Mayo is a very big deal in Southern California. Turns out it's not the Mexican Independence Day or anything like that. In fact, nobody really knows why it's celebrated, it just is. Suggestions that it's the day donkey shows were legalized in Tijuana is also plain wrong.

Does Britain/Europe celebrate any foreign holidays? Or do you guys not need any added encouragement to drink beer?
