the bones were never broken in any way whatsoever.
it was just a sprain.

no, actually i get really pissed off that ive spent at least 5 more hours in hospital than i needed, wasted ages waiting for public transport when i could have walked, bruised my hands and strained my arm muscles using crutches
missed a friend's art opening
and sat in bed depressed all night for the last few days,
AND slowed down the recovery of my ankle my not just exercising it and "walking through" it

so in summary: i'm a twat, yeah?
