I can't breathe through my nose, swallow without it hurting, my ears feel like there is a small burrowing animal living in them and my mouth is itchy.

Luckily my eyes just feel like I've been crying for a few hours.

I also have my hardest exam this afternoon.

Any instant hayfever remedies would be appreciated. I am already on 24hr allergy stuff that usually works quite well.
