this either means:

-no listening to music
-no playing music/singing
-all music becomes inaudible to you
-you can still remember music you have previously heard but will never actually hear it again

or

-no one is ever willing to have sex with you ever again, or perform any sexual act with you (including kissing and light petting)
-your sexual organs do not respond to masturbation in any way
-if you try and rape someone you die instantly of a massive bout of chronic shitting yourself
-you still feel sexual desire
-if you're a girl you still get periods
-you can still have a child via IVF
