I just had to lodge a formal cunting complaint because the MORON behind the counter refused to fucking believe me when I told her that the parcel I wanted to send should only cost £14 going on their own CUNTING WEBSITE!

I had to fucking send it via Parcel Farce because I didn't have the time to waste or go home and check it all, which meant it cost me £28! And now it'll be delivered worse than the post office thanks to those FUCKTARDS in Parcel Force.
