i have a 7 minute, 500mb avi video from a gig that i want to put on youtube, so it needs to be <100mb.

i tried Super C:

but despite trying different settings and outputs i can't get a playable file.

so, can anyone tell me what settings i should use for this, or recommend another program to do the business for me.
