got my fourth lesson tonight! Its amazing. the guy who teaches it is about 5th dan but looks like some little fella you would see drinking in a working mans club! you try to grab the guy or assault him in anyway and he turns you inside out!!!

Its superb, we have to bow to the picture of the guy that invented aikido and bow to each other and to sensei. I am really getting into it
