why is it that, every time I flick channels around this time of an evening past channel five, i read 'lemur island' as 'lemar island', and have to flick back again to check there is no programme featuring an island belonging to fame academy runner-up lemar, or indeed an island entirely populated by lemar lookalikes.

why does my brain persist in making this error? why won't it learn???
