I know Conor is supposed to be the emo poster child cos (he used to) look and act the part, but Bright Eyes doesn't actually sound like any "emo" band I've ever come across. Maybe Dashboard, eh? ...But lots of guys wear hoodies without the emo tag, hmm?

For me there is Bright Eyes emo (which is good) and then there are sk8tr bands which suck...and then I'm not even sure what emo is anymore cos I don't have a Sunny Day Real Estate album....so I'm confused, and really after 5 years here I should probably know....

I've always avoided the "e" word cos I felt it was a cheap way get music debate here, but wtf...
