We're doing a compilation CD, one of these limited edition affairs, and are looking for some packaging, but we're being awkward, and I can't find anywhere that does what we want to have.

We want the cds to be housed in a cardboard box (not slip). obviously the box needs to be CD sized length and width wise, but we want it to be around 1 cm deep to put other bits and pieces in...

Does anyone know of anywhere?
