Mr Brainlove posted in the worst tunes ever thread - and am inclined to agree that R n' B, lets say for the best part of ten years or so, has been the worst thing ever to happen to music. Ten tune free years of catawauling and posing, filming videos then "writing" a song round it, kanye west's proclamation of 'you try making five beats a day for three summers!' but no mention of a TUNE, mariah carey cooing gently over a vapid beat for a whole album, endless perfumes and clothing ranges, Usher smashing that mirror in the rain at the MTV awards...

I don't get it. What say ye?
