what does everyone think of this then? I have to write a review of it before I leave for ATP, even though I only heard it for the first time on Tuesday. It's a bit hard because it's clearly an album that needs time to sink in.

I'm not sure at the minute. There are some pretty lovely songs but also some that don't grip me that much, and the lyrics are way below what I expect from Jeff Tweedy at times. I also miss the experimentation but I guess that's not a fair criticism.
