what's the best / nicest / most-inventive you've seen?

has anyone ever tried to print onto digipacks at home? i notice you can buy blank ones, but i'm not sure how difficult it would be...

i'm starting a CDR label and i'm looking for ideas! i'd like something that's approximately CD case sized (at least lengthways, but maybe notm as wide) but i don't really want to use jewel cases. plastic band.
