I'm not talking about Supernatural et al, but the early career of the band Santana is brilliant. Seriously, the first 3 albums are great, and mega-underrated in certain circles (perhaps due to his recent *ahem* "efforts"). I defy anyone to not enjoy Abraxas on some level.

ok, some of the lyrics are pretty crappy, and Carlos' brand of wailing guitar histrionics aint really my cup o' proverbial, but rhythmically, structurally, aurally: badbwoy
