A new festival for 14 to 17 year olds - the Underage Festival - will take play at London's Victoria Park on Friday 10th August, from noon until 8pm.

It's the UKs first credible event for 14 to under-18 year olds, with a capacity of 5000, programmed and curated by London club Underage. Musical savvy youngsters will be able to attend a festival of their own for the first time. The bars will be soft drinks only and relevant food concessions will remain.

With three stages, the confirmed Line up so far is: Crystal Castles, Cajun Dance Party, Foals, Kitty, Daisy and Lewis, Johnny Flynn, Metros, Mystery Jets, Patrick Wolf, I was a Cub Scout, Pull Tiger Tail, The Rumble Strips, The Teenagers, The Young Knives, To My Boy, Vincent Vincent and the Villians, and Xerox Teens.

Commenting on the inaugural Underage festival, promoter Sam Killcoyne said "It's just gonna be a massive version of the club over 3 stages. A days worth of undiluted fun and mayhem minus the adults. Bring your spacehoppers!!"

Tickets are priced at £20, and go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 25th April.
