Bio
This isn't a life, it's fuckin' existence
The Virgin Suicides, aged 16, are a bile fuelled discontented roadblock of attitude and feedback emerging from the murky suburbs of Cambridge academia.
They formed as a band having seen through the veil of opportunity fashioned for them by their peers, parents and professors, and quickly managed to disrupt and corrupt their incestuous local music scene.
The band soon released a highly acclaimed three track demo described as raw, obnoxious, youthful, cocky, naïve and honest by Rocksound magazine. Their inherent dissatisfaction with the way things are soon inspired insurrectionary, mischief-making record label R*E*P*E*A*T, original home of Miss Black America, to ally themselves with the band through the release of a limited edition coloured vinyl single entitled Fuck The Jubilee. Along with the band's raging assault on the way the monarchy prevents people from thinking for themselves, the single also featured Neo's acerbic attack on American celebrity, Die In America.
Having received favourable reviews and a pile of jealous abuse, the band are now preparing to fail their A levels. They will then record their debut E.P for R*E*P*E*A*T Records in the New Year in an attempt to mastermind their escape from the clutches of dirty compromise.
We don't want your fuckin' heroes
