Northampton's The Idiot Boy formed in March 2003 and comprise Jimmy on bass and vocals, Tony on lead guitar and vocals, and Owen on drums.

The Idiot Boy sound has a Pixies/Husker Du influence and their energetic live set is culled from over 30 songs written so far.
