The Holiday Plan are a London based rock band. Blue & Matt had been friends for a while by the time Blue met Daniel at College through a love of melodic, edgy, underground American bands. Guitarist Gary was one of Blue & Daniel's mates from College & "the obvious choice". Line-up complete, they rehearsed throughout 2001 and 2002. In early 2002 they recorded a seven track demo EP type thing. The quality was bad, but the songs were good. This and a show at Londons Hope & Anchor caught the attention of acclaimed producer Julian Standen (The Lemonheads, Crackout). In late 2002, with a handful gigs under their belts, the band recorded their demo with Jules. This demo found it's way to SuperVision Management (Junior Senior, The Beatings, Span, Magnet, The Webb Brothers...).

The Holiday Plan have since been offered a track on "Emo Diaries 10" Compilation (Deep Elm Records, USA) & recently played dates with Biffy Clyro, thisGIRL, X is Loaded, My Dad Joe, Twofold, Rydell, Project Abner, Ignition records Hillside, That very time I saw, Last Years Diary, and Household Name Records acts, Five Knuckle & Captain Everything!

Fitting neatly alongside American bands like Hot Water Music, The Get Up Kids, Mineral and early Planes Mistaken For Stars, The Holiday Plan write powerful, emotive, hook-laden songs with undeniable energy.
