In July, the duo's self-financed 3 track CD single was released as a promo CD to selected members of the UK underground scene and the press resulting in semi-ecstatic reviews and encouraging feedback·
The buzz generated from this limited release has caused interest at Radio 1· John Peel played the band after he asked live on air that he be sent a copy· Vic Galloway (Radio 1 session Scotland) also played the band· Session Wales featured the duo as part of `Session Exposure` · Mary Anne Hobbs (Breezeblock), sessions Scotland and Northern Ireland have requested copies after hearing about the band·
As a result of the buzz generated in the nations capital John Kennedy (XFm) has featured the band 20 times over a 10 week period and Jane Gazzo (XFm) likened it to an earratic headfuck·
Warp records, XL Recordings, Fierce Panda, City Rockers, V2 publishing, Chrysalis publishing and Biglife have all expressed an interest in working with the band after requesting material be sent to them·
The promo is currently in the process of being sent out to national and regional press· DJ Mag requested a copy and featured the band two issues in a row describing them as unusual and distinctive·
A 5 track EP is intended for a short run release on 13th January·
