Bio
Siblings weave spectral soundscapes that haunt and lull to sleep in equal measures; creepy yet dreamy. Odd. Or, to quote JFR:
"A duo of brothers from the Somerset/Dorset borders, previously both of them were in Christmas with Rob Ellis. One of them toured the world for 18 months as guitarist with PJ Harvey. One of them was in Spleen. Both of them create music that eats your heart out and makes you wonder how it's happened. Years have gone into it, this is not 4 track lo-fi, this is not garage rock, this is not throwaway toys out of the pram screaming. This is music. Sounding like Yann Tiersonn and Steve Reich, a touch of Warp / Fat Cat / Leaf style electric manipulation, guitars with pianos, Steven Hawkins style voices clanging with deep oozing drawls. This music is from the heart of the West Country, unsullied by city trends. The 7" has a track from the forthcoming album and a not to be released anywhere else track. The album will follow in a few months, we have it here, it's on constant rotation."
