Exploding onto the scene with an earthshaking performance at last year's Truck Festival, Headcount are unquestionably the gods of the burgeoning Oxford rock scene. The band have even had tracks mixed for them by former Discharge type Jake Morgan - high praise indeed for a band compared by an adoring Nightshift to a flight between Therapy?, Killing Joke and Motorhead. Their reputation is due in no small part to their incendiary live shows, which invariably feature singer Rob Moss offering members of the audience outside, abusing soundmen and smashing things.
