Bio
Cars as Weapons have finished work on their yet untitled six-track EP and are looking forward to its release early next year.
The Surrey recording seals their "most mature and direct" songs so far, says drummer, Richie Harwood. The EP also sees one of the Weapons' eminent fans, Walter Schreifels (Quicksand, Rival Schools) in his first transatlantic role as producer, also appearing as guest backing vocals (Vital Signs).
Since tools were downed earlier in November, Walt and Rival School-mate Ian Love have mixed the EP back in New York. Safely back in home territory, band friend Dan Carter, the be-whiskered bassist from 'A' and artist behind 'A' and Hundred Reasons cover work, has been designing the sleeve.
